Press Release | 3-minute read
iConduct announced that Israel’s Ministry of Education has selected its platform to establish a centralized integration layer for the ministry’s information systems, business processes, and digital services.
The platform will serve as a unified infrastructure for managing cross-system processes on a national scale, enabling seamless connectivity between core systems, cloud solutions, external service providers, and intergovernmental interfaces. The initiative is expected to improve process control, shorten response and handling times, reduce manual work and operational errors, and provide end-to-end visibility and monitoring.
The Ministry of Education operates one of the most complex technology environments in the Israeli public sector, managing a vast ecosystem of information systems, databases, and cross-organizational processes. This environment includes a combination of legacy core systems, cloud applications, CRM platforms, SaaS solutions, APIs, and file- and email-based workflows. Over time, the absence of a unified integration layer created challenges such as data silos, duplicated processes, operational inefficiencies, and difficulties in maintaining data consistency and reliability.
The iConduct platform was selected to address these challenges through centralized management of integration flows and business processes, secure ingestion and processing of documents and files, bidirectional synchronization with platforms such as Monday.com and Microsoft solutions, and streamlined data exchange with intergovernmental systems. In addition, the platform supports advanced organizational workflows that incorporate AI capabilities for identifying sensitive inquiries, prioritizing service requests, and generating real-time alerts.
The Ministry of Education is one of Israel’s largest and most complex government organizations, responsible for the country’s educational ecosystem, including schools, universities, kindergartens, students, parents, and educational institutions nationwide. Its IT environment is among the largest in the government sector and is supported by hundreds of technology professionals.
The decision to select iConduct followed a comprehensive evaluation conducted by the Ministry’s Information Systems Division. The platform’s operational flexibility, advanced integration capabilities, and suitability for large-scale enterprise environments were key factors in the selection process. The new infrastructure is expected to improve the ministry’s ability to respond quickly to changing requirements while enhancing service quality, operational efficiency, and organizational agility.
